I do not accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Exchanges ONLY

I gladly accept exchanges within the following guidelines:

  • contact me within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

  • Replacement item will be shipped out with in  7 days

​

Conditions of  exchanges

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • If the item is not return in its original   condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

The following items can`t be Exchanged:

  • custom or personalize orders

  • Perishable product (like food)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reason)

  • Items on sale

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders

  • All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time the invoice  is sent.

  • deposits are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Final payment is due before item is shipped out. 

  • Item will ship out the next business day after final    payment is received.
