Exchanges ONLY
I gladly accept exchanges within the following guidelines:

contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Replacement item will be shipped out with in 7 days

Conditions of exchanges

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders

All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time the invoice is sent.

deposits are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS

Final payment is due before item is shipped out.

Item will ship out the next business day after final payment is received.
